This Agreement is made between the USA Prospects Program, herein referred to as the “Program,” and the undersigned participant/mentee, herein referred to as the “Participant.” Together, they are referred to as the “Parties.”

The Participant hereby agrees to join the USA Prospects Program, subject to the following terms and conditions.

• The Participant commits to attending every session organized by the Program, and to communicate any extenuating circumstances ahead of any pending absence, acknowledging the importance of consistent participation for personal and collective growth within the Program.
• The Participant has the financial responsibility to complete the tuition costs of the Program as per the deadlines set between the Parties, a violation of which will result in the Participant’s denial of access to the Program. A 24-hour post-payment deadline grace period will be extended to Participants with fee arrears.

The Participant shall respect their mentor and fellow mentees, fostering an environment of mutual respect, support, and positive engagement.

The Participant shall treat all personal information shared within the Program with the utmost confidentiality. This includes, but is not limited to, personal stories, contact information, Common App files, and any sensitive information shared during sessions or in one-on-one interactions. This is a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The Participant is responsible for completing all assignments allocated by the Program. In case of any extenuating circumstances that may prevent the completion of an assignment, the Participant agrees to communicate promptly with Program officials or mentors to discuss potential adjustments or support.

The Program shall not refund payments received.

We will aim to settle all disputes in a civil way first. Where that does not suffice, legal action in court will be consulted against the violating party.

• Paying for this program is NOT A GUARANTEEof admission or scholarship to the USA. We offer guidance, networking opportunities, expert application review, and SAT exam training to increase your chances of securing admission, but the application outcomes rest solely on the Participant’s effort.
• The Program will not write essays, recommendations, or any application material on behalf of the applicant.
• The Program will NOT pay for the Participant’s SAT exam fees upon completion of tuition, as the tuition does not cover any exam fee costs.

By signing the Participation Agreement at enrolment, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined here. The Participant commits to upholding these standards to ensure a productive, respectful, and inclusive environment within the USA Prospects Program.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
